Love  takes no pleasure in what hurts you.

You cannot truly love someone without hating what is hurting them. Failure to get angry with what is hurting them indicates you do not really love them. You only love them because of your "need for them to be nice to you."

Sometimes you are not aware of what hurts you. Anything that misrepresents God hurts you.

IF someone has not loved you enough to hate what hurts you, it is not God who has not loved you enough to hate what hurts you.
