Judging

I have at times judged other peoples action(s) or lack of actions, speech, or lack of speech, beliefs, or lack of beliefs. I have judged the "intentions" of people. I have judged the "motivations" of people.  I have struggled believing God would forgive me, I thought He hated me and did not want me.

Until we receive an understanding into how much we have been shown mercy instead of judgement we can have a tendency to judge others for what we perceive they have done or not done wrong.  God Whoever He Is desires to reveal Himself so much to us that we would understand the extent to which He has shown mercy instead of judgement.   He would reveal Himself sufficiently to us so that we would understand that He has already forgiven us, not because of anything we have said and done, but because He willingly would prefer to cease to exist than not have a future with you.  I believe if you know there is nothing in God's heart He wants more than you, you will be more able to accept what He has already willingly done.

John 3:17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

John 8:15 You judge according to the flesh; I judge no one.

John 12:47 If anyone hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge that person. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world.
