Being content with who you are

You can be content being who you are.

There is not a lot of point wanting to be someone (or something) you are not, as you will never be anyone other than who you are/ who you were made to be.

If you are struggling being content, it may be because you are wanting something more than you are wanting God. God wants to help you. When you know in your heart  how much God wants you, I believe you will be able to be content.

God wants you to turn back to wanting nothing more than you want Him to the same extent that He wants nothing more than He wants you.

Proverbs 19:23 The fear of the Lord leads to life; then one rests content, untouched by trouble.

Luke 3:14 Then some soldiers asked him, “And what should we do?” He replied, “Don’t extort money and don’t accuse people falsely—be content with your pay.”

Romans 8:28. Be content with such things as you have

Philippians 4:11 I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances.

1 Timothy 6:6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.

1 Timothy 6:8 But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that.

Hebrews 13:5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”
