The role of God and You

I have had more regard for what I thought I did not have, than for He Who Who made all that is

God desires you to be yourself, otherwise He would not have made you. While ever you are trying to provide what only God can provide, you are not being yourself. . God would reveal Himself sufficiently to you so that you would begin to trust Him. In that place of trust, you will start to be you. He values you more than you value you, and it hurts Him when you cannot be you.

2 Corinthians 12: 14 "Behold, the third time I am ready to come to you; and I will not be burdensome to you: for I seek not yours, but you: for the children ought not to lay up for the parents, but the parents for the children. And I will very gladly spend and be spent for your souls."

Philippians 2: 15 "That you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world."

Romans 8:15 "For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father,"

Your role is to be you, not the provider of everything that you need for life

The more you know Who God Is, the more you will be all you are

Hosea 4:16 The Israelites are stubborn, like a stubborn heifer. How then can the Lord pasture them like lambs in a meadow?

Matthew 6:25  “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
