He is Worth More than the Hurt Within You

Psalm 109:22 For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me.

When someone you value higher than yourself is hurt, it hurts you.

The hurt within you has hurt God

How can you remove the hurt God has because of the pain within you?

Of yourself you cannot remove the hurt within you, otherwise you already would have.

Jeremiah 10:19 Woe to me because of my injury! My wound is incurable! Yet I said to myself, “This is my sickness, and I must endure it.”

Jeremiah 30:12 “This is what the Lord says: “‘Your wound is incurable, your injury beyond healing.

Jeremiah 30:13 There is no one to plead your cause, no remedy for your sore, no healing for you.

Lamentations 2:13 What can I say for you? With what can I compare you, Daughter Jerusalem? To what can I liken you, that I may comfort you, Virgin Daughter Zion? Your wound is as deep as the sea. Who can heal you?

Hosea 5:13 “When Ephraim saw his sickness, and Judah his sores, then Ephraim turned to Assyria, and sent to the great king for help. But he is not able to cure you, not able to heal your sores.

You will never be free from the hurt within you unless Someone Exists Who has willingly provided a way to free you from the hurt within you.

Psalm 147: 3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

Isaiah 30:26 The moon will shine like the sun, and the sunlight will be seven times brighter, like the light of seven full days, when the Lord binds up the bruises of his people and heals the wounds he inflicted.

Isaiah 57:18 I have seen their ways, but I will heal them; I will guide them and restore comfort to Israel’s mourners,

Hosea 14:4 “I will heal their waywardness and love them freely, for my anger has turned away from them.

Malachi 4:2 But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.

Sometimes the hurt within you has been with you so long that you do not know it is not part of you. You no longer remember a time when you were never not hurt.

Matthew 9:12 On hearing this, Jesus said, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick.

Mark 2:17 On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

Matthew 13:15 For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’

Luke 5:31 And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.

It is possible to turn back to Someone Who can make you whole.

Hosea 6:1 Come, let us return to the Lord. He has torn us to pieces but he will heal us; he has injured us but he will bind up our wounds.

It is possible to be made whole, not because of your worth, but because of His worth.

Deuteronomy 32:39 See now that I myself am he! There is no god besides me. I put to death and I bring to life, I have wounded and I will heal, and no one can deliver out of my hand.

Job 5:81 For he wounds, but he also binds up; he injures, but his hands also heal.

Isaiah 38:16 Lord, by such things people live; and my spirit finds life in them too. You restored me to health and let me live.

There exists no hurt that is more than the Worth of the Only Begotten Son of God

Hebrews 1:3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory (worth) and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.

Matthew 4:23 Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.

Luke 6:18 who had come to hear him and to be healed of their diseases. Those troubled by impure spirits were cured,

Luke 10:33-34 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him.  He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him.

Luke 7:7 That is why I did not even consider myself worthy to come to you. But say the word, and my servant will be healed.

Acts 4:10 then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed.

Acts 4:30 Stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus.”

Acts 9:34 “Aeneas,” Peter said to him, “Jesus Christ heals you. Get up and roll up your mat.” Immediately Aeneas got up.

Acts 10:38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.

1 Peter 2:24 “He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”
