The Worth You Are to God

I have not known the Worth that you are and I am to God. 

Ecclesiastes 9:1 For all this I considered in my heart even to declare all this, that the righteous, and the wise, and their works, are in the hand of God: no man knoweth either love or hatred by all that is before them. 

Of yourself you cannot know the worth you are to God, otherwise you would never not know it.  You will never know the worth you are to God unless God wants you to know the worth you are to Him. 

Your worth to God is not because of your worthiness. 

Deuteronomy 7:6-8 For thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God: the Lord thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth. 

The Lord did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people:

But because the Lord loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the Lord brought you out with mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt, 

Jeremiah 31:3 The Lord hath appeared of old unto me saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee. 

Job 34:18 Is he not the One who says to kings, ‘You are worthless,’ and to nobles, ‘You are wicked,’ 

Isaiah 40:17 Before him all the nations are as nothing; they are regarded by him as worthless and less than nothing. 

Isaiah 41:24 But you are less than nothing and your works are utterly worthless; whoever chooses you is detestable. 

Lamentations 4:2 How the precious children of Zion, once worth their weight in gold, are now considered as pots of clay, the work of a potter’s hands! 

Romans 3:12 All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one. 

Revelation 5:4 I wept and wept because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside. 

The worth you are to God is not because of the worth you have placed on God. 

1 John 4:10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 

Compared to God you are without worth. 

Matthew 3:11 “I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. 

Revelation 5:9 And they sang a new song, saying: “You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation. 

God cannot misrepresent the worth you are to Him, He loves you with all His heart, with all His soul and with all His might.

Deuteronomy 6:5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul and with all thy might. 

God cannot misrepresent the worth you are to Him, He loves you with all His heart, with all His soul and with all His mind.

Matthews 22:37 Jesus said unto him Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 

God cannot misrepresent the worth you are to Him, He loves you with all His heart, with all His soul, with all his mind, and with all his strength. 

Mark 12:30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength; this is the first commandment. 

The worth you are to God is more than the worth He places on His eternal existence. 

Acts 20:24 However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. 

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love towards us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 

Philippians 1:20 

I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death. 

Philippians 2:30

This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.

Galations 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. 

 God wants to help you receive His Worth

1 Peter 1:18-19

For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.  

Revelation 21:6 

He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. 

Revelation 22:17 

The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.
