No longer wanting to hurt you.

 One way to help you no longer hurt you is to help you no longer want to hurt you.   

God wants to help you have a heart that represents Him.

A heart that willingly wants to love those who have not loved you. 

Matthew 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

Luke 6:27 But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,

A heart that wants nothing more than God to the same extent God wants nothing more than you.

Mark 12:30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’

A heart that wants others of you to be better than you to the same extent God wants you to be better than Himself.  

John 13:34 A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.

John 15:17 This is my command: Love each other.
