He Is Worth More than the Guilt in your Heart
I have committed what God calls adultery, I have gone broke, My involvement directly contributed to my brother's decision to end his life. I have been full of guilt
If you have misrepresented God in your heart in any way whatsoever, you have hurt yourself and others of you and in so doing you have hurt God.
Leviticus 5:17 If anyone sins and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord’s commands, even though they do not know it, they are guilty and will be held responsible.
Numbers 5:6 Say to the Israelites: ‘Any man or woman who wrongs another in any way and so is unfaithful to the Lord is guilty
Numbers 15:31 Because they have despised the Lord’s word and broken his commands, they must surely be cut off; their guilt remains on them.
Isaiah 1:4 Woe to the sinful nation, a people whose guilt is great, a brood of evildoers, children given to corruption! They have forsaken the Lord; they have spurned the Holy One of Israel and turned their backs on him.

It is not truthful to think you have sufficient worth to make payment for the guilt when you of yourself do not.
Honesty is the Best Policy.
2 Samuel 24:10 David was conscience-stricken after he had counted the fighting men, and he said to the Lord, “I have sinned greatly in what I have done. Now, Lord, I beg you, take away the guilt of your servant. I have done a very foolish thing.”

You will never be without guilt unless God, Whoever He Is, has provided and is willing for you to receive payment of sufficient worth for the guilt in your heart.
Leviticus 5:18 They are to bring to the priest as a guilt offering a ram from the flock, one without defect and of the proper value. In this way the priest will make atonement for them for the wrong they have committed unintentionally, and they will be forgiven.
Leviticus 5:19 It is a guilt offering; they have been guilty of wrongdoing against the Lord.
Leviticus 6:6 And as a penalty they must bring to the priest, that is, to the Lord, their guilt offering, a ram from the flock, one without defect and of the proper value.
Leviticus 19:22 With the ram of the guilt offering the priest is to make atonement for him before the Lord for the sin he has committed, and his sin will be forgiven.

There exists no guilt that is more than the Worth of the Only Begotten Son of God.
Hebrews 1:3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory (worth) and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.

If you do not know the Worth You are to God, it can be hard for you to allow you to receive the Worth of God

John 5:44 How can you believe since you accept glory (worth) from one another but do not seek the glory (worth) that comes from the only God?
