The Value of God

I have not known the value of God  

The value you place on God is related to the truth contained within the mind. It is my belief that people with incorrect thought have a view of God that is not accurate lowering his perceived value.  

IF not knowing the correct value of God leads to a problem, it stands to reason that knowing the correct value of God could solve the problem.

The intrinsic value and worth of God is also known as the glory of God. 

Exodus 33:18 Then Moses said, “Now show me your glory.” 

Not knowing the correct (or true) value of God is not because of God. 

Psalm 4:2 How long will you people turn my glory into shame? How long will you love delusions and seek false gods? 

Romans 1:28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. 

He wants you to have a correct  (true) valuation of His worth. 

Proverbs 16:11 Honest scales and balances belong to the Lord; all the weights in the bag are of his making. 

 Time can change but God and His Worth cannot 

1 Samuel 15:29 He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie or change his mind; for he is not a human being, that he should change his mind.” 

Job 29:20 My glory will not fade; the bow will be ever new in my hand.’ 

Exodus 15:11 Who among the gods is like you, Lord? Who is like you— majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders?
